Can I cancel a bid if I made a mistake?
No, bids cannot be canceled. If you placed a bid on the wrong card, obtained the card after bidding, or bid the wrong amount, you must wait for someone else to outbid you. If you end up winning a duplicate card, the extra one will automatically be burned once the auction finishes.I accidentally sold the wrong card. Can I take it back?
Unfortunately, no. Once a card has been listed, the only way for it to return to your inventory is if no one places a bid. If someone wins the auction, you can reobtain the card through crafting, trading, gacha, or future auctions.How do I see cards I've sold or placed a bid on?
Use the following command: /auctions me:true

Cards!

I have all the required cards for a Group/Legendary card, but I still haven't obtained it. What can I do?
You can use /unlock card_id: [card code] to trigger the unlock for the card. Note that this currently only works for Group cards and Legendary cards.Note: if you have all the required Legendaries for a Group Legendary card, but you don't have it in your gifts, you can burn one of the required legendaries and unlock it again to obtain the Group Legendary.How can I see my progression for a Group or their Idols/Eras?
The /viewgroups command will show your progress on entire groups and their various card types. This will only show groups/card types you already own cards for.

Having a legendary card for an idol or group card for an era will prevent you from trading or selling any cards of that idol or era, so you will need to burn the legendary or group card first.This only applies to non-alt common cards, you will still be able to trade & sell any alt. cards, seasonals (🎃🎅🏵️🎈📸), or event cards (🔥).Note: You can still trade the cards of an idol if it still doesn't have a legendary yet.What can I do if I accidentally burned a card?
There will be no compensation for it. You need to trade, craft, buy, or gacha the same card to have it again.I tried burning a Group/Legendary card, why can I still not trade their cards?
There is a bug currently with how the bot gives out gifts for completed idols/eras, making them show up again even after you've burned the card. You can clear all your gifts by doing /opengift until you see the message "All gifts were either invalid or you already owned them." After doing this, you should be able to burn the legendary/group card and trade properly.When will “x” be added to the bot?
For groups/soloists that haven't been added to the bot yet, the most upvoted artists in #👪︱suggest-groups at the end of each month will be added to the bot.NOTE: The Card Manager team will not add an idol if they are under the age of 14, once the idol turns 14 they will be added in!For those who are already on the bot:🎴 LEGENDARY CARDS and GROUP LEGENDARY CARDS: 🎴

If you see an auctions price jump heavily in the final minutes, it's very likely due to a bid war between two players.5.
