Can you unbid a card? I accidentally placed a bid on the wrong card / I have the card already / I bidded the wrong amount.
No, you can't unbid a card. Someone has to outbid you. In case you won both cards, the dupe will disappear on your inventory and will be automatically burned.I accidentally sold the wrong card. Can I take it back?
Unfortunately, no. It can only return to your inv if no one bids on it, if someone wins it then you will have to get the card again by crafting, auctions, trading, or gacha.How do I see my bidded or sold cards?

I just finished an idol/era and I unlocked their legendary card/group card. After doing /opengift, I didn't get the card. What should I do?
It's a minor bug on Eunseo Bot. You can use the /unlock command! This only works for group cards and legendary cards!How can I see the Eras of Idols/Groups I am completing/have already completed?
For completed eras:

These are added automatically every 4-5 days after the previous card patch.

I accidentally completed all the common cards of an idol I'm not collecting and I still want to trade or sell their cards. What should I do?
You can now burn a Legendary card. You are able to reobtain them but it will not count towards Legendary quests!

You can also report any sus auctions as long as it's really suspicious. A few reminders before reporting:1. Seasonal cards such as 🎃 Halloween and 🎅 Xmas will always have high bids since they only happen once a year which makes them rare and hard to find.2. High demand 🔥 Event cards may also have high bids (>50k 💎).3. High demand ⭐⭐⭐⭐ cards may surpass a low demand 🔥 event card in terms of price.4. It is possible for auctions to have bid wars, especially on higher demand groups in the last 5 minutes.5. Some users bid on one with a lot of hours due to school, work or an internship so they can bid if they get outbid in the last few minutes.6. Ask first in any eunseo channels before reporting to avoid clogging the channel.WHAT TO REPORT
- very high bids (like 10k+ for 1-2 stars, etc.) on common cards
- very high bids on a card where other auctions of that card have no bids
- very high bids on a common card with a lot of time remaining (like 5+ hours)WHAT NOT TO REPORT
- seasonal cards (like halloween, xmas, & seasons greetings): since they were only available for a limited time, they’re going to get high bids.- cards that are from a bid war: you can usually tell that a card is in a bid war if the time remaining is less than 5 minutes. more than one player really wants this card, so the bid will be higher than average.- new cards: you can check when a card has been released in 🎴︱new-cards. new cards are more likely to have higher bids since more players need them.Please check before submitting.
